At Greenside Canine Training, we offer fully-trained pet dogs and protection dogs for sale. Whether you’re looking for the perfect companion animal to add to your family, or you require a protection K9 to keep your family, property or business safe from potential threats, our comprehensive training process gives you confidence and peace of mind that they will be the right fit.
Our pet dogs are off-leash trained with all basic obedience commands, including Sit, Down Place, Stay, Come and Heel. We also place an emphasis on socializing our pet dogs in different environments, with different people, and with different animals (including dogs, cats, horses and others). Generalizing the behavior means that the dog will behave predictably and reliably in all types of situations. We also ensure your new family member is potty trained and crate trained. This is a great option for first-time dog owners or those with busy lifestyles who want a trained dog but are unable to commit the time to a training program.
Our protection dog candidates are thoroughly evaluated and temperament tested before we begin training them for protection work. These highly-skilled dogs are perfect if you are looking for security and peace of mind at home, and require a protection dog to protect your family. Our protection dogs are trained in Level 1 (Bark and Hold only) or Level 2 (Bark and Hold + Apprehension).

Otter

Otter is a young English Labrador Retriever that we will be raising, training, and selling as the perfect pet for one lucky family. Otter will be available to a new home at around six months of ages (late June/early July 2025).
With Otter, you will be getting a young and sweet dog that is:
- Trained in all basic obedience (Sit, Stay, Down, Come, Heel, Place)
- Off-leash trained
- Potty trained
- Crate trained
- Socialized with other dogs, cats, horses, wildlife, strangers (and brilliant with all of the above!)
Otter is one of the most sound, stable, confident, friendly, and sociable dogs you could ever wish to have as a pet! His personality is everything you want from a Lab, and he has the utmost enthusiasm for training – which makes him an absolute gem to be around. Being raised in a home within a professional training environment has allowed Otter to learn the ropes with proper structure and socialization that any puppy would be so lucky to have. We also believe Otter would excel in Pet Therapy work as a Therapy Dog (just another thing this boy is amazing for)!
We love seeing Otter grow up and are so excited to keep teaching him how to be the best boy! He will be such a perfect addition to any family looking for a new best friend.
